Buying this to replace other skimmer. I bought this model in the store and it worked great. It works very well for scooping debris from the bottom of my gunite pool. Lessens how much I have to vacuum. I tried to go cheaper and buy another model. It tore up quicker and did not do a good job of scooping from the bottom of the pool. This is a good product. - JP
